Up for sale is this 1967 Selmer Paris MKVI Tenor - the holy grail of saxophones! This example was a Varitone model, but the system was removed and the instrument relacquered at some point in its life. This tenor also received a complete overhaul by Joe Sax - the pads are still in great condition with metal resonators for added projection. This tenor has a dark, smokey tone quality. Neck has been patched where a pickup once was. Included is a contoured Protec case.
